Fleet operators often rely on fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes for vehicles, drivers, dispatch, maintenance, and expenses — leading to compliance gaps, data integrity issues, and limited visibility for fleet managers, safety officers, and finance analysts.

Driver Management: track qualifications, employment status, and automate license expiry tracking for continuous regulatory compliance.

Vehicle Lifecycle Management: manage fleet inventory, capacity, odometer readings, and status — vehicles with history are retired (not hard-deleted) to preserve trip, maintenance, fuel, and expense records.

Trip Dispatch & Tracking: assign drivers and vehicles to trips; monitor cargo weights, planned vs actual distances, fuel consumption, and revenue.
